2025 December Freeze Notice

December always feels different.

December slows down, people take time off and offices empty. That calm is welcome, but it also changes risk.

With fewer people looking after systems, small issues can grow. Someone might postpone a critical update. A delivery could go missing. A holiday themed phishing scam might land in a distracted inbox. These things add up.

What changes and what stays the same?

We will be physically closed from 20 December until 5 January. Normal operations resume 6 January. That does not mean you are left without cover though…

Between 20 Dec and 5 Jan we will operate a standby team from 08:00 to 13:00 daily for urgent incidents.

Support is via our telephone number, SLA WhatsApp groups, or [email protected] for emergencies. Non-urgent requests will be handled once the office reopens.

Standby Support, How it Works:

Standby is for incidents that stop business.

During standby hours our technicians monitor SLAs and respond to verified emergencies. If an issue can wait, it will be queued and resolved after the freeze period.

This keeps response capacity focused where it will make real impact, and prevents half-finished fixes during low-staff hours.

Hardware and Deliveries

We can provide emergency hardware for genuine business critical failures while the freeze is active. Routine procurement and non-urgent deliveries will be processed after 6 January.

If you have planned hires or device rollouts in January, email [email protected] so we can schedule them into our first week back.

Billing and Accounts.

Monthly service invoices will be issued on 1 January.

Any emergency support or ad-hoc charges incurred during the freeze will be invoiced in the first 10 days of January.
