2026/7 Rate Card

Dear Client,

Thank you for your continued partnership with weloveIT — we genuinely value the trust you place in us.

Over the past few years, we have intentionally held our pricing steady while continuing to expand our capabilities and service offering. After careful consideration, we will be implementing a rate adjustment effective 1 April 2026. We’d like to provide some context around this decision.

Across Johannesburg, managed IT support services typically range between R6,000 and R35,000+ per month, depending on business size and complexity. Ad-hoc support generally falls between R550 and R950 per hour, often with additional call-out fees.

weloveIT is positioned in the mid-market, but we consistently deliver enterprise-level technical capability. Our model is relationship-driven — we support your full technology stack (not just reactive support), and we do not charge standard call-out fees.

This adjustment allows us to continue investing in our technical team, improving response times, and deepening the expertise available to you.

Updated Standard Rates (effective 01/04/2026)

Technical Services

  • Ad-hoc / SLA overuse support: R850/hour
  • Remote support: R690/hour
  • Onsite support: R690/hour
  • Backup health checks: R500/hour
  • Client meetings & documentation (Tier 1–3): R350/hour
  • Server support: R950/hour
  • Travel (only applicable for onsite work >30km from HO): R4/km
  • Emergency / after-hours support: 1.5× standard rate

Systems / Senior Engineering

  • Senior systems support (SysAdmin / SysEngineer): R1,100/hour
  • Systems Scoping, RND, meetings & documentation: R500/hour
  • Emergency / after-hours: 1.5× standard rate

Professional & Specialist Services

  • vCTO / vCISO advisory: from R2,800/hour
  • Advanced web development: R1,400/hour
  • Install team: R4,800/day
